At RHM Electronics, we want you to love your purchase. We offer simple exchanges (no cash refunds) if something’s wrong. Just follow these easy steps.

Check Your Order Right Away

When your package arrives:

• Look at the box for any damage.
• Open carefully and check the product for scratches, dents, or if it looks used.

Must Record Unboxing Video

Important: Start video before opening the box. Keep filming until everything is out. This proves any issues like damage or missing parts.

Not Happy? Tell Us Fast

If the product or box has problems:

• Contact us immediately with your order details.
• Share the full, unedited video. No video = no exchange (we can’t check what happened).

Exchange Rules

• No cash refunds – exchanges only.
• Bring or send your original receipt.
• Return in brand new condition: same box, all parts, nothing used.
• No exchanges for used or opened items.

Time Limits:

• 0-10 days: Full exchange.
• 11-15 days: Minus 15% of price.
• After 15 days: No exchange.

Other Rules:

• Sale or promo items can’t be exchanged.
• If price drops later, exchange at new price (not your receipt price).
